We aim to deal with all complaints efficiently and promptly and with the least amount of upset or distress to anyone involved.
Firstly, if the complaint can be dealt with whilst the fitters are on site, we would aim to deal with the issue whilst the fitters are there. Please ask to speak to the main fitter to see if they can resolve the complaint, if they are unable to help, the complaint will be relayed back to the office and we will aim to resolve the issue.

If your complaint relates to what the sales representative has verbally told you and you feel we have not delivered on, then please speak to Neil Bird at the office and we will take on board your complaint. However, in this situation please firstly refer to your contract and signed survey form. The company will only make what the surveyor has measured, based on what you have signed for on the contract and what you have finally signed for on the survey form. If the surveyor has made a mistake such as missing off an item, we will aim to rectify this within a few days.
If your complaint is about how the company have dealt with your order/project. Please contact us, preferably by telephone, we want happy customers and aim to please, we will take on board your complaint and make the appropriate improvements if necessary.
Where we cannot resolve a complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
