Having worked in the glazing sector for over 28 years, Richard is passionate about raising standards and helping customers make the right choices for their home. He brings deep technical knowledge and a practical, detail-focused approach to design and specification, supporting customers to understand their options and achieve the right outcome for their project.

Neil started his career as a fitter, giving him first-hand understanding of what good installation really looks like. That experience shapes how Fox works today. Neil now manages the installation teams, setting clear standards, supporting the team on site and making sure work is carried out with care and consistency.

Charlotte joined the team three years ago, looking for a fresh start and a new career path. Over the past 18 months in particular, Charlotte has come on leaps and bounds and has become a hugely important member of the team. She has a keen eye for detail and plays a vital role behind the scenes, checking contracts and surveys, helping to prepare post-survey sign-offs, and ordering products with our manufacturers to keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication, organisation, and willingness to learn have made her a real asset to the business. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys attempting to complete the endless tasks in her garden, as well as sewing her own clothes and bags.

Chris has been with Fox almost since the very beginning and has become an invaluable member of the team. A true all-rounder, he is an excellent fitter and a highly competent surveyor, always bringing experience, knowledge, and a positive attitude to every project. One of the things Chris enjoys most is helping to develop our younger installers, sharing his skills and experience to help them grow in confidence and improve their craft. His patience and willingness to mentor others make him a hugely respected member of the team. Outside of work, Chris is a very keen golfer and plays off an impressive single-figure handicap.

Craig joined the company in early 2025 and has proven to be the perfect fit for his role. Having worked in the industry since the age of 16 in his family business, he brings a huge amount of hands-on experience and knowledge to the team. Over the years, Craig has carried out almost every role imaginable within the industry, from installing windows and doors to sales, surveying, and now managing the order processing side of our business. His wide-ranging experience gives him a fantastic understanding of every stage of a project and makes him an invaluable part of the company. Craig has also taught himself CAD, which has become a real asset to the business, especially when creating detailed scale drawings for more complex projects and presentations for clients. Outside of work, Craig enjoys travelling and enjoys being around his family and friends, always appreciating family time and new experiences.

Helen has been part of the Fox team for the past seven years. She originally joined us in an admin role while her son was at school, but it quickly became clear to the owners that she was a real people person with a natural talent for sales and marketing. With her friendly personality and ability to connect with customers, Helen moved into a front-of-house role in our new showroom and has since worked her way up to become Showroom Manager - a position she has now held for almost three years. She plays a huge part in creating the welcoming and professional experience our customers receive when they visit us. Outside of work, Helen enjoys keeping fit, running, and generally making the most out of life

Maurizio has been a valued member of our team for the past two years and serves as our full-time in-house financial executive. He is the primary point of contact for all financial matters and has played a significant role in supporting the company’s growth and development during his time with us. His dedication, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail have made a substantial contribution to the business. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Maurizio is an avid football supporter and a dedicated follower of West Bromwich Albion F.C., attending both home and away fixtures whenever possible. He is also a founding member of Malta’s National Team Supporters Club, “South End Core,” and frequently travels across Europe to support the Maltese national team. Maurizio is also highly accomplished in languages. His native language is Maltese, and he is fluent in both Italian and English, with a basic knowledge of four other additional languages.
